Health- The general condition of the body or mind with reference to soundness and vigor: good health; poor health.


Wellness- The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.


Nutrition- The act or process of nourishing or of being nourished.


Lifestyle- The habits, attitudes, tastes, moral standards, economic level, etc. that together constitute the mode of living of an individual or group.


Cardio- Aerobic exercise that stimulates and strengthens the heart and lungs.


Dumbbell- A gymnastic apparatus consisting of two wooden or metal balls connected by a short bar serving as a handle, used as a weight for exercising.


Kettlebell- A weight used for exercising and in weightlifting competitions, having a round form with a flat base curved handle, and typically made of cast iron or steel.


Barbell- An apparatus used in weight-lifting, consisting of a bar with replaceable, disk-shaped weights fastened to the ends.


Push Up- An exercise in which a person, keeping a prone position with the hands palms down under the shoulders, the balls of the feet on the ground, and the back straight, pushes the body up and lets it down by an alternate straightening and bending of the arms.


Pull Up- An exercise consisting of chinning oneself, as on a horizontal bar attached at each end to a doorpost.
